The Connect10 voting now open: Support London Museums’ to bring a contemporary artist to their venue

The finalists for Connect10 have been selected and voting is now open! There 9 museums in London competing for 5 different artists.

The venues competing for each artist are (to vote for your local or favourite London museum click on the artists’ name below):

Jake and Dinos Chapman: Barts Pathology Museum in London; Cheltenham Art Gallery; Jerwood Gallery, Hastings and the Museum of London.

Mat Collishaw: BACKLIT in Nottingham; Liverpool Anglican Cathedral; Lanhydrock House in Cornwall and Northern Print in Newcastle.

Martin Creed: the Freud Museum and the Ragged School Museum, both in London.

Cullinan Richards: the Museum of Brands & Packaging in London; Olney’s Cowper and Newton Museum; QUAD in Derby and the 20-21 Visual Arts Centre in Scunthorpe.

Susan Forsyth: Kelham Island Museum, Sheffield; Rochdale Pioneers Museum & Touchstones Rochdale; Victoria Gallery & Museum, Liverpool and Yorkshire Sculpture Park

rAndom International: the Horniman Museum; 19th century London ship the SS Robin; Derry’s Void Gallery and London’s Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology.

Gavin Turk: the Foundling Museum in London; Time Machine Funtington in Chichester; Bristol Museum and Art Gallery and Bath’s Holburne Museum.

Julia Vogl: The Rotunda Museum in Scarborough; Gloucester City Museum and Gallery; Newcastle’s Discovery Museum and Bristol’s Arnos Vale Cemetery.

Richard Wentworth: Gloucester Folk Museum; Shandy Hall in York; Dragon Hall in Norwich or a multi-venue night in the north-west featuring Manchester Museum, Manchester Art Gallery and the Whitworth Art Gallery.

Julian Wild: the Ironbridge Gorge Museum in Telford; the Old Assembly House in Newcastle; Gladstone Pottery Museum in Stoke and Corinium Museum in Cirencester.
