Many museum and gallery professionals in London are finding themselves going through change yet another time – whether it’s voluntary or has been imposed upon them.
Our capacity to successfully navigate and thrive through change depends on a range of skills – and most can be acquired and improved, even in adulthood (despite some pervasive myths to the contrary). Whether you’re embarking on a deliberate change in your life, are consulted on change, or change is being imposed, the same set of skills will enable you to use your strengths to deal with the challenge more positively, and emerge in a better place.
This practical workshop will offer you a selection of tools and techniques that you can use straight away to cultivate a growth mindset, and take greater control over your situation. When you adapt these tools to tackle change from your own perspective and context, you will find change much easier to manage, and more energy available for other areas of your life.
The event will run twice, once in the morning (09:30 to 12:30) and once in the afternoon (13:30 to 16:30). To book a place please visit the Eventbrite page:
