The Visitor Studies Group have now opened bookings for their next skills-sharing day. Join them for a day of practical workshops and case-study examples outlining how to use visitor studies approaches and techniques to achieve evidence-based excellence in visitor experiences.
Sessions will cover what evidence to gather and what to do with it, how to analyse and present evidence and how to find evidence from outside your own institution. Also, Thinktank will describe how they have approached visitor research for one of their most recent projects.
